Hi to all
I am from Cape Town South Africa and have recently purchased my very 1st registered German shepherd called Kenya. She has
alot of drive and has a feisty temperament. I am no expert at all and have read various books etc on this breed, however i cannot see what you guys see,
when it comes to the croup, wither, upper arm , top line etc. I know what/where these are but find it very difficult to make the call on what's a "good layed croup" or
good angulation etc. The only thing i know is when you guys refer to a GSD being "roached" as this is the only clear thing for me to see , LOL
I would appreciated any critiques be it negative or positive. i WILL be entering our 1st show next month, I cant wait. Attach are pics from when she was 4 months
It took me a while to get her stacked and some pics show's her with a slight roach whereas other's don't , hopefully i'll get it right!
till now. It took me a while to get her stacked

A gorgeous female. I assume her latest picture is number 3 !!
Do you have more recent pictures of her you can post, even if not in stack?
Thanks

@ c annie, I I can't find the chart but if my memory is correct it was 35lbs
@ ibrahim believe it or not the 3rd pic was taken a few weeks back. The 4th and 5th pic was actually taken on saturday so that's the latest. I will try and upload more pics this week as well as her video clip where she moves.
Any feedback regarding her shape etc?

Young black and tan female GSD of very good type, good proportions, big strong head, good earset, strong neck, flat withers, little rise in the back, good length of croup but slightly steep, good tail and tailset, very good thigh, good hind angulation, good hocks. Good underline, stands straight on fore legs, very good front upper arm, both in length as well as in angle, very good shoulder blade lay back. Very good rich pigment.
From picture number 3, super pasterns and round tight feet, also nice face expression. She is a show quality.
I hope one of the more experienced members with shows can advise you on how to stack her without exaggerating that little rise in mid of her back.
