I lost my beautiful blk girl Shaka Sad Smile

this morning.I put the dogs away at 11.00pm for the night. I just started to fall asleep when I heard one of the dogs trying to vomit. I got up to see want was going on and I notice Shaka was bloated Sad Smile

I rush her to the Emerg vet. When I got to the vet Shaka was trying to vomit and then collapsed. She was to old (12yrs 11mons) to go through the surgery. Sad Smile

I held her in my arms and told her want a good girl she was and how much I love her as she slip away peacefully. Cry Smile

I don't know how much more my heart can take. Broken Heart

Shaka makes 5 that I have lost this year. Sad Smile

I lost Banjo alittle over a week ago. Cry Smile

I am so sorry for your loss. Your heart doesn't even begin to heal and it happens to you again. I can't even begin to imagine.

So sorry for you. It never gets easier, and for you, this must just seem cruel. All your dogs were cherished during their time with you, that is quite apparent. I am so sorry for your breaking heart. Sasha surely was beautiful. And Banjo, too. He looked like an awesome buddy. RIP

How awful! I hate, hate, hate bloat! Just a horrible thing to happen.....you must be so torn apart, or maybe getting numb by now....I am so sorry, there's nothing can be said that makes it any better, but know I grieve with you. (((Hugs))) to you. Your girl was very beautiful.

Your post brought me to tears. I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I can't begin to imagine what you are going through right now, I lost one dog in February and I'm still struggling. To lose 5 dogs within a year is unthinkable. My heart goes out to you.

I don't know what to say, I'll cry with you. RIP Shaka, and what a beautiful girl. I am sure you don't need me to tell you but I too agree she was too old to put her thru the bloat surgery; seems most are never the same. What a nice long life she had with you. She is in the arms of the angels and resting peacefully. Nan

My heart is truly breaking for you. What a beautiful girl. Life is so very cruel....and when you are crushed as low as you think you can go, it comes and crushes you that bit more...so very cruel. My heart bleeds for you. RIP Shaka, you were truly loved and blessed in this world. Godspeed Shaka, with your friends again.
