Back in late May my wife fell and broke her knee cap and half. Thankfully she did not have to have surgery but she was off work 3 months. We have 1 GSD, a 12 YO son and a 7YO daughter. I had to do almost everything for them because of my wifes knee and because she could not drive. Our daughter has some physical delays and our current GSD that I bought for SCH was turned into a service dog for her and is doing wonderful. I contacted Parrish and bought a Bomber pup before this happened which I would have had to taken delivery of in the middle of my wife being on crutches etc from her knee. I had to make a quick trip to Kansas City and I drove down to see Parrish and Spitzenhund Kennels to talk about changing litters if it would have been possible. I just would not have been able to give the pup the attention it deserved with all of the chaos created by my wifes knee. Parrish is someone who puts what is best for his dogs and the dogs he sells ahead of anything else and I could not finish before he told me take whatever litter you want in the future. While I was there they had a new female they were working. A hard dog but yet clear headed enough you could pet her walking off the field. She had not been bred yet but I decided on the spot that is the litter I wanted.
Parrish called me a few days ago to let me know the breeding they did took and she is due around September 10th. I know he had posted it on Working dogs upcoming litters and he was confirming I would be able to take this one because there had been quite a bit of interest in it from when he posted it. If you guys are looking for an all black dog or a Bomber pup I would get ahold of him quick I expect they will sell out fast now that the breeding is confirmed. His litters usually do anyway. I have always been what I call a classic GSD fan tan with the black saddle. After seeing this female I am a black fan now. There was just something about the way her coat shined in the sun and made her look so sleek and beautiful, but would not hesitate to hit a sleeve hard. She had excellent obedience. A very very athletic dog. You could just see it in her the way she run and walked. She was amazing. Here is a link to the breeding.

I have a name in mind and once we meet we will see if it fits but if all goes according to my plan black mamba will be doing big things in the future on the fields.

Do some research on the female and her previous litter with Bomber. Ask why she is on at least her 3rd home in the US. Ask why so many from the first litter, who went to working homes, ended up being sold, including the pup I had purchased from the first breeding. Feel free to PM me.

Good Post mfh27---------------things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. what I wondered is why does she have showlines in her ped and so close up? I thought that was such a big no no by the purists..............If you'd like to pm me I'd love to hear the true story..............

I privately told him the same thing. She was imported by a breeder in La who sold the pups they grew out and sold the female or let someone else breed her so yes 3 homes since she has been here.
I told him this in case Parrish wanted to check on the prior litter. One would expect he'd know but who knows. At least that would give him an idea of what he's going to get but maybe he knew and that is why he did it. Hope the female has a forever home now.

If you like the puppies...then you like them...No matter what the breeding...but...If you like and want a real...pure Working German Shepherd then I wouldn't get anything out of this female...She has Showline in her and I personally wouldn't want this...but everyone to their own...As long as you know what you're getting...

Q Man my point exactly. I will also add not just a showline but an arminius dog..sorry for you fanciers out there but I want to stay as far away from those lines as I can.............showlines in general, but especially those among other "brand names"............
