Are you sure this is your dog's results? It says that the dog Max is a 5 year old male and you say your dog is 15 months.
What were the normal ranges the vet uses?

Gautum, with all do respect the test you posted clearly says 5 years old..Please be certain that you have the right results for your dog..There are many much more knowledgeable then me, but I think a T4 normal range is 1.0 - 4.0 ...I THINK this would fall closer to HYPERthyroidism,,not HYPO,,,I know other will comment lets wait and hear what they have to say..

If I remember right; the first test really does not even count. I believe it is a series of 3 fasting blood draws at different times; then sent in for Free T3/T4 tests.
What symptoms if any is your dog having? That would be my first concern. Nan
