What is AKC's procedures for registering a litter out of a co-owned dam? Do they require permission from both owners to register the litter? Can you do it online or do you have to do it on paper?

Yes, you need signatures from both co-owners. I do believe you can only do it on paper (that was many years ago, so things may have changed since then)

Yes, AKC requires both signatures on the litter registration form and it must be a hard copy. They also require both signatures on each pups litter application.

Yes you can register the litter online on a co own. What we do is my co owner registers the puppies online, has them send her the papers and then she signs them and then I either pick them up or she mails them to me.

I believe that when you register the litter you can specify that a co owned litter may be registered on line or not.
