Well please allow me to clarify your entries.

First of all I know nothing of Janice Bartmess' problems. I met Janice in 1999 and liked her dog Asa v Haus Gebets. She offered me the dog which I accepted a year later. 
As we developed and email relationship she asked that I be president of her DDR group. I accepted because I am very interested or was then about the bloodlines. That is it in a nut shell all the rest in news to me - unfortunately . I have tried to reach Janice for a few years but never get a reply. I will keep trying if anyone has information of how to reach her please let me know privatley on info@vonforell.com. 

In regards to be me being de registered for breeding my females every six months - Ladies and Gentleman allow me to clarify this..... one of my females who was co owned by me was mated by my partner to which I agreed too,  she was unfortunately mated one month prior to her being allowed to be bred - hence why the principle got into trouble I guess trouble travels up hill. I accept that and should have checked the dates. Because she was registered under Von Forell I got the slap and accept it. 

In regards to false pedigrees - absolutely NOT TRUE and willing to do DNA on any dog at any time by whom ever request them. :) 

As for Ed Frawley - and "I WANT MY SEMEN BACK" in fact it is the funniest thing I have heard. It was hardly, "made up", the starving of 64 dogs. Not to mention her own mother having been starved and bedridden in her own feces. Do check the arrest records, why don't you? 

What was learned was that there are some people who will go into denial to get certain dog DNA they feel is rarified and this allows for the excuses of the most atrocious behaviors, wrapped up in the guise of knowledge and or experience.

Isn't this like some pretty old news!
I can only imagine some great pups will be popping up somewhere, soon and that the sire is from some old bought and paid for semen from years ago.
Am I getting warm yet?

Hutchins, what would you be "moving on" from? Do tell us how you arrive at such a perspective.
 

Kris, you just created a thread that in and of itself brought on a LOT of additional smoke indicating fire. I don't know why ANYONE would resurrect the Janice Barthness atrocities and actually go out of their way to to taint themselves with any connection to her. What brought this on?
