Any advice on what age dogs & bitches reach there finished height of growth???

I wouldn't count them out until 24 months at the earliest

My experience is when the pup is a year old he will be close to his final height. You may see a small amount later as GSDLVR has said.
They will continue filling out for several years but at two yrs old you will know what you have.

The dog generally has reached its full height by one year of age, but has much more growing to do and will fill out well past two years of age. I always know what I have at 10-12 months in terms of height.
