(Hoping the bbc works)

There's 3 leashes there the 2' pink was baught at a store the pink/brown is my moms made with 230 or the like and the green is mine made with 550 and using about 100' each there both about 8.5' long

There's just mine coiled up

And you can see Jen kinda coiled up around a pole there

While I'm out with her I prefer to have her on a leash I trust which surprisingly is mine (even a single piece of 550 can hold her!) and I have heard quite a few people say "that's really nice you should sell them" (at 5-10 per 100' and 20 ish for 100' glow its not bad at all on materials --I'm thinking making 2 4 6 8(.5) and 16(17?)' ones want the 6' priced in 20-24 range to hit pet store prices I *even* opened an email for it!

But my mom who can't seem to LET me be happy with ought her benefiting from it somehow! (Read:narcissistic) seems to think it would somehow be my fault if the dog got loose with one of my leashes (there have been times that if jens leash wasn't that extra 2.5' we wouldn't have caught her!) she is fairly strong she LOVES to dart around and yet she is perfectly fine with my leashes!

The only time I'm worried about them failing is after she has chewed them up a bit but that is CLEAR AS DAY! That they could come apart and it just dosent LOOK right! I would expect someone to see it like that and think better of using it like that

So what do y'all think? I did a little research and one I don't recall the length was marked online at 80 bucks! WAY over what I would EVER spend! (But I know what I can get the cord for!) and what would y'all suggest as pricing even colours to have? (Like as standard/started before I start selling or that--I can allways get more colours online and such)

I'm sorry i can't see a thing, even when i tried putting in the link. Maybe someone with better photo skills can help!
I use to work for a privately owned leash and collar company. So i'm curious to see what you are making.

Do you know if anyone tried to raise a stink over a lost dog due to there leashes or that? (I've changed the bottom end a little to re-unforced it sence those pics can get new showing the change if you like?)

I've seen this sort of leash before and they are very pretty.
Personally i only use leather. Because i like the way it feels when it's broken in.
For general walking and such i would not think they could suffer any mishaps. Of course some dogs are dedicated leash eaters, but with that much string it would be hard for them to cut through all the lines at once. While i myself own several "Tabs" custom made by my dogs over the years, when they chewed through my 6 foot leash.
Collars are more likely to fail then the leash, But do invest in good quality clips as some have weak springs that will break after little use. Allowing the snap to pop open and release the dog.
I have no idea of what the product failure lawsuits against leash makers might be.

Hubby made me a 4' kennel leash while deployed overseas. There are pros and cons. Pros: VERY strong, will not mildew, can be unraveled in an emergency for other uses Cons: Does not break in like leather and is VERY harsh on the hands. He also made me a few collars that I would not hesitate for agitation use.

Accidentally hit send lol (you'd think it'd see no text and refuse) Mine is what you'd call "broken in" it actually needs a good singe again and possibly a good wash lol I personally love the feel of it and am usted to holding on to both (mines easyier can leave around my wrist and cake lol) I also typically make them into whatever length I need for the time aka that 8.5 I can turn into a 2 or 3 or whatever and I can have it around my waist and still have a decent length lol

Ok got a pic anyway cause we had her out that shows both as well --there double enforced too so hopefully that will work well? Same leashes and as of yet she hasn't chewed them off at all eighter

I don't know, I've been using mine since 2010 and it has not broken in yet. Very stiff and very hard on the hands. I've decided that its best use is as a grooming/bathing lead.

Used to use all Leather Leashes...(except for agitation work)...Now all I'll use is the Bio-thane stuff...It's Great...Strong...Weather-Proof and comes in many different widths...I even comes in different colors...I don't easily change from my Old favorites to New stuff...So it's something that's quite good...and not expensive....
