Have any of you tried the Varsity Ball?

Yes, I loved it at first until 3 of my dogs broke their teeth. Some dogs go crazy over it. They can't pick it up but they can sink they teeth in it.  I do not recommend it for adult dogs.

Thanks for the feedback.  One of my gsds destroys almost every toy we buy except for the Starmark everlasting fun ball.  Jolly balls don't last very long at our house nor do Kong toys.   Since he (gsd) loves the large Jolly balls, but destroys them in no time I thought the Varsity ball might be a good alternative.  However, he already has one broken tooth.  Based on your experience, I won't be buying a Varsity ball.

I bought a couple of these.  So far none have broken any teeth on them, nor have they punctured the ball itself.  It is made of very hard, thick plastic (thicker and harder than the egg toy)  It is pretty large in diameter and has NO give at all to pressure.
I imagine a pretty big dog could get his mouth around it but it is a stretch.
Mine pretty much herd them around the yard with their muzzles and grab them with their front feet (which then causes the ball to fling out behind them and the chase is on again).  They are a good shallow water toy too,.
Probably a toy that should be used with supervision
