Beware of Scammer !!! - Page 1

I would like all of you to beware of a man who says his name is Nikoli Nendovic, his user name is Nikonen, I contacted a man named Stojan Kacar who had an ad on here for a female for ale, i purchased this female in full including shipping and also 500.00 for her to be bred, when pregnancy was confirmed he told me so many excuses why she could not be sent yet...then 1 week befor prgnancy he says the dog is on her way to the airport, then i get a call that the dog delivered her puppies a week early and that she can not come.....he promised me to keep her and the pups at his kennel and when she was done nursing the litter he would send her.......then came the meails that she and the pups can't come  until they are 4 months and have a titer, i told him to send the female he says no they must all come at once because they must travel from Serbia to Germany and it would be too expensive to send them seperately.....so the 4 months go by and he has every excuse why they can not ocme now, i literally have over 100 emails from this man full of excuses and lies....ok so he finally contacts me and says that the female is in heat and he has bred her to a male called Champ in Germany and he will send her right away....back and forth more excuses......he calls me two weeks ago.....and says that she is going to be shipped the next night......of course, i have not heard form him......and she was once again due to have her puppies...i paid him 4500 for the dog and 1500 in shipping......he even sent me a copy of the papers in my name......pictures of pups.....he claims that he is a judge , i spent so many months , hours and days waiting for my dog and hse never came and im out alot of money.....please BEAWARE of these two men Stojan Kacar and Nikoli Nendovic..........Nikonen Kennels!!!  Don't get taken like i did.......On a even sadder note my husband passed away and i bought htis Sch1 titled female for my daughter , now i can't afford to get her another dog, I do have proof on money sent to this man.....i have over 100 emails if anyone feels they need to back up my story with evidence......also i have gotten permission to post this.....

So very sad!  Its other people's experiences like this one that keeps me from importing. I would love to have another import, but think I will just stay within the US.

Yes i saw the other post right after i posted mine, he still has ads up on herem user name Nikonen, anyone have any suggestions about reporting him to the FCI, or any other actions i can take, thanks

I know many people on here don't like importers and brokers but it may be a good idea to use one in the future.

I have mailed and emailed a letter to the appropriate individuals in the SV. I am preparing a similar letter for the Serbian German Shepherd organizations and the FCI. Experiences such yours and mine make it difficult, if not impossible, to trust any advertisements from Serbia.As I mentioned in my email Nikolas has a number of friends in the German Shepherd community there and I am sure that some can be trusted but others can not be.  I certainly would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a dog to either take possession of the dog and appropriate paperwork before sending money or travel there to finalize the purchase of the dog.

Hi can you tell me also how to send letters to those same places?  That way we can both do so.  He took me for alot of money and i think he should be held accountable.  Thanks in advance.  I hope we can get some resolution can i ask the name of the dog you where buying....what is Yamaha?
