see a vet.

Ditto on what Sue-Ann says and to elaborate.. doing the act ok is not what's needed.. has his sperm count been checked, been checked for mycoplasma, bacteria, infection etc... ??
Are you doing progesterone testing on your females to be sure they are being bred on the right days and are actually ovulating?

Dare I say... have we done a bruelosis test ?

that is also a possibility and worth doing but you're starting to sound just a tad fanatical.. there are more things than just that!!

There are many, many reasons why a mating is not successful and DKiah has hinted at them. The male should see a vet who is a reproductive specialist.
Most importantly, there are MANY infections which will keep females from becoming pregnant. But first checking sperm counts and viability etc., is important. And yes, doing some other routine checks for diseases like brucellosis is also an important thing. The females should also be checked by vets prior to mating to make sure they are healthy.

If you are in the South East I would highly recommend:
Dr. Jane Barber
828-478-3500
367 East Plaza Drive Mooresville, North Carolina 28115
She's the best in the reproductive field.
