Thanks Hundmutter, he is as beautiful on the inside as he he is on the outside, fantastic character. I was showing longcoats back in the 1980's. Nyrvana Hotspur did pretty well, including Best of Breed, in the regular breed classes. All I ever wanted was for the long coat to be regarded as a fault proportional to the other faults listed as undesireable such as short croups instead of being treated as a disqualifier. I never dreamed they would get their own classes 30 odd years down the line.

What a lovely, handsome, snuggle-triggering teddy bear! Congratulations on his show ratings--are you going to IPO title him as well? I see he carries the sable gene, too...yummy!

Well done, beautiful dog and love the colour.

Sorry Margaret - I was forgetting N.Hotspur's show career; I just
remember your having him at stud. Guess we weren't at those
same shows where he was entered, at that time, I only ever saw his photo.
Best of continuing luck with Immo. Maybe the take-up on LC classes
will soon improve, d'you think ?

Why only SG? is it because of the age? His pigment is really incredible

HI Ibrahim
He's only 22 month old so it is the best grade he can get. Ulf has had to take over his training as he is too strong and heavy for me to play with him properly, hoping to get his BH later this year.
Hi Hundmutter
Garedd (Hotspur) caused quite a stir when I first started showing him, I think he was second in puppy at his first show, I was lucky the judge had the courage of her convistions, some others didn't. He was BOB at a show in Essex in the days when they held shows at Towerlands Equestrian. He was also breed surveyed in March 1985 by Percy Elliot who graded him Very Good with the comment he would easily get made up if he had been normal coated.
