Trainers in ampton Roads VA? - Page 1

I am looking for a trainer in the Hampton Roads area.  I am looking for some pet OB and testing to see IF it has what it takes to do PP.  Any recommendations?

Pet obedience and Personal Protection. Sounds like opposite ends of the spectrum. Are you sure you have your goals aligned? There's not much in the way of training in the HR area. One club in the Pungo area, prefers working lines. I saw a new club popped up but don't know anything about them. There are some excellent trainers between Richmond and C'ville. There's quite a few in Northern, VA

LOL...it is for agood friend back home in VA.  They have a GSD pup and they want the do trained.  They are open to sendin the do to someone for trainin.

I told him that it would be better if they went to a trainer so they can learn as well.  If they can't find someone good (or rather if i cant find someone for them) then I will have them send it to a trainer that I know to train..

This is a family do so OB (and I say pet OB as they won't be doin any sch or any other sport).  Basic obedience and manners and IF the dog can be trained for PP once it rows then they would like to do that as well. 

I appreciate that Dog1!  Yeah I am unsure of trainers out there and need to go back home and see how it really is.

There are some good trainers in Hampton Roads.  There are also a couple of good training groups and a couple of clubs I'd avoid.  PM me and I will recommend a couple of good choices.  I will also take a look at their dog and evaluate it for them if they want.  

Morris Lindsey from Fenrir K9 used to be in Suffolk va. I believe his partner is still in the area.
