This crazy lady is in Wisconsin - in trouble for animal abuse in Waupaca county. She lived not far from us and we've always wondered about her as she always has Ohio plates on her vechicle for the last few year. Seemed odd. We hear more and more every day it seems. Now they raided her house and took all the dogs, guys with hazmat suits came in as well. Hmmm.......makes you wonder. We heard she had over 20 dogs kenneled in her basement and that it was horrifying and quite sad. I really hope she's never allowed to have animals again. You can see the status of her open cases on CCAP (Wisconsin Circuit Court Access) online. Too bad people like this have to treat animals so poorly.
