I cannot believe that this disease has been erraticated from dogs in the USA OR EUROPE , Lets see how many people have knowledge of cases in the last 5 years, as one vet seems to say its not been reported in the last 20 years here????????

I know a gal that has a stud, insisted on a brucelosis pull on a bitch that was coming to breed, It was posative, this was in the last 6 years at least.

I've seen two false positives. In house tests were positive, testing from a more formal lab was negative.
One of the vet's I use saw a true positive in a great dane a few years ago.

Saw one probably 15 years ago in a young male Golden.. often the entire litter is lost before conception or when pups are young....
