A second 'house of horrors' abortion clinic is being investigated in Texas, just days after Dr Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of murdering newborns at his Philadelphia termination center.

I don't get why doctors are being prosecuted when women are the ones who are getting the abortions done, like she said..they are in line to OR to have fetus terminated...physician did not make that choice to terminate pregnancy....women who make choices to have the life style they have should be hold accountable for the outcome...hell they wanted to terminate pregnancy not physician, he is just doing the job....even if there was a rule/policy to provide life support to live fetuses post abortion those women would not keep the fetus or pay for the medical expense of keeping fetus on life support for next 30 weeks.

The babies were born, and then had their heads severed with scissors. in our society, that's murder, albeit murder for hire.

Because the doctors mentioned broke the law, not the women.
I find the interview with life dynamics typical of the pro-life movement.

fetus would not be "terminated" if it was not for women....the woman who left her fetus in McDonalds toilet is more guilty than anyone in my opinion...why was she not charged?....anyways...once again lets blame someone else for other people lack of responsibility, morals, will power, etc....

LOL.......
It's not worth the effort to argue about it with you.
We have laws that prevent one person from inflicting their beliefs on another.
You don't get to be judge and jury when it comes to anothers choices.

Really Moons, and would you feel the same way if someone chose to kill your dog, wife, child? Give me a break.
We have laws as some peoples choices are just plain wrong!
Mind you,in this world the wrongs are becoming fewer and fewer. Pretty soon, anything will be alright.

Redsable,
what does that mean dog, wife, child?
Make sense.
Just plain wrong?
How do you suppose those laws got passed?
So you think pretty soon everything will be alright?
Like what?

Please Lf, without even getting into an argument over when life begins, a child born in this country has the same rights as you and I. Murder by any other name is still murder.

by Two Moons on 17 May 2013 - 14:05
I agree for a change carlin.
Once (born) you have rights.
And yes it is murder at that point.
But now I'm remembering hearing about cultures who allow a baby to be left to die in one way or another well into the twentieth century.
Inuit would leave them out on the ice for example.
