Many of you remember this girl (http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=628443-aria-vom-eisenherz) from several years back. Well, she's home after quite a journey! Thanks to some good dog people (you know who you are), she's here now, enjoying life as a housedog, getting to be Queen of the Couch again, though she'd much prefer to work. Not sure what the plans are for her at this point, but for now we're enjoying having her home and I'm sure she'll tell us what she's best suited for as time goes on. Just wanted to post since there were so many helping hands along the way- thank you all.

Yep, very pretty. How'd she end up back at home?

Her owner had some very bad luck.Out of respect for their privacy, that's all I'm posting about that. Suffice to say it had nothing to do with her, or the other dog who was also returned home to the breeder.

Thanks for all the nice comments.
RE: her structure...I concur; she has this super dry, tight conformation, cat feet, strong pasterns and hocks, perfectly straight legs...I could go on and on. That's just cosmetic, though. The best thing about that conformation, however, is the functionality of it- her athletic ability and strength. She is NOT a big girl at all- under 60lbs, but holy cow is she STRONG for her size, and fast as a rocket. I'm absolutely thrilled with how she's developed. I raised her until 6 months, so I'm not totally shocked, but I'm still very pleased. Ok, that sounds like horrible bragging, which I don't have a right to since she was an import litter and I didn't see her sire in person...so half of it was just luck! Beginner's luck, I might add!

Wow, still beautiful! The second pic on top looks just like the puppy pic you had of her posted once.
I still remember seeing her a couple times when she was just a few months old. If it wasnt for my surgery at the time that might have been my pup. lol.
Bur i am happy with the pup i ended up with.
