wow great idea....wish we could see the cart itself....what does it look like...i would totally use it...not sure how he turns it thought or breaks...

you can google Sacco Cart. There are Shops in america, too. 
I bought it, because i needed something in the winter, when my dog can't swim every day in the water and a man sold it. 
There are a few shops in Europe and america.

There are different carts. My cart is a sacco cart, but i saw sulkys, dog scooters etc.
