Just curious as to what people have to say - good, bad, indifferent, etc.

If it is too bad of a comment - feel free to PM me, as I am truly curious.

Thanks everyone.

She's been breeding for a number of years and dogs from her breeding have worked in many fields. She has a very good reputation.

She's also known to be an excellent helper, very strong in her ability to accurately read a dog, and suffers no slackers in her line.  She likes her dogs to be serious about the work, and isn't interested in just getting a dog on a podium.

she got nice looking dogs..............definetely  someone to seriously consider.

Thank you!  Good to know she has a good reputation.  You just never know.  I liked what I read thus far on her website, so it's helpful to hear it from others too ;-)

I really like her puppy questionnaire and purchase agreement,
I am wondering though, if you can really repossess a dog that someone else has bought and paid for,
does it not become their property?

"Buyer acknowledges the Seller’s right to execute their right to repossess the animal that this contract

pertains to."

I was going to take back a dog I sold to someone as at the time it kept breaking free and running back to my house,
it was a very unusual circumstance as soon after I sold the family the dog the ladies husband died and it was more
his companion.
The dog is 12 years old and doing great, survived "running into an automobile"What Smile But hey, I WAS ready to just keep the dog next time it
ran home to me, people told me that would be stealing.....

I don't want to hijack this post, but does anyone know if you can repossess a dog?

If you can, I would love to add that to my puppy contractWink Smile

That does seem a bit questionable.  I know with horses, you cannot legally do so (unless through a court system you can prove the animal's welfare is in danger - and that can take quite a bit of time and hassle).  So, yes (mirasmom) I'd love to know that as well.

Although, in the contracts with any horses I've sold, I put in a paragraph stating if (for any reason) the new owner cannot care for the animal or wants to re-sell that animal that I have first right of refusal.  It works fantastically, because then I can take the horse back (or buy it back) without putting undo pressure on that individual and I can ensure I'll find another suitable home (that can care for that specific animals needs).

Good that you caught that mirasmom.  Now this will turn into a whole new post Wink Smile
