Jeff, there are others who have experienced the same problem, and this may be due to the upcoming changeover to this database to the new one that is viewable at http://www.dyrin.com Essentially this function of the database may be locked at this time.
I don't know whether anyone has tried to change their e-mail addreass at the new website, but who knows, it may be possible. This is just a suggestion, as I know nothing else to try.
