I bought a Import German Shepherd from Germany and the Man, I bought her from did not send the Bescheinigung with the Paper work, I got the pink papers and shot records. I sent him a e-mail with no response. I read you can get one from the SV Office, is there a contact or number to contact.

Ordering and paying for the "Bescheinigung" is normally the responsibility of the buyer. Sabine speaks fluent English.

you will need some sort of bill of sale/ proof of ownership
