I thought we offer a showline forum? I know I took a lot of flack and abuse from some members when we started the forum. The dreaded, you are splitting up the breed accusations and all. It was named showlines at one time but we changed the name because of all the complaining, it would not take much to change the name, again.

What is it that you want exactly? A private forum for only showline folks?

Conformation Showing

GSD admin, I assume the conformation forum is intended for showline people? Right? Some with SL's don't only show in conformation, I don't. I'm thinking of a forum where showline people can talk with other SL breeders about all aspects of their dogs - training as well as showing in conformation.

Please, let's not go there again... they are talking specifically GSD as a breed, with this difference.... GSDAdmin, you don't want the Conformation Forum to reflect only GSD, do you? Or maybe you do!? How would I know? You change it all you want, it won't stop the bickering from the WL hardcore's who would just zap 'em (SL's) once and for all no matter what accommodations are made on any dog forum, IMHO. They simply don't want some GSD's being allowed the name they would keep for themselves.

The conformation forum is not just for conformation but everything showline. At least that was the intention when we added it. Are you suggesting a name change? I am a bit confused.

The FB link I posted is just for listing shows in your area so it's probably not what you are looking for.
