Hi all,
Just checking here. Been wondering if I should add the inclusion of COI on pedigrees. It's pretty complicated and I probably couldn't calculate it on the fly (would have to do it once a week or so).

I'd be quite interested! Is it something that could be run quarterly, like how the SV updates ZW scores?

Excellent idea! The UK Kennel Club do it on their database, but of course it is only dogs registered with them. Here's the l;ink in case it is any help. http://www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/services/public/mateselect/Default.aspx
