What does work have to do with anything?

Bubba,

I have read all the posts on this thread. It is people like you who keep stirring the pot while men of action are trying to settle, solve and resolve this issue. You consistently repeat the same verbage over and over. It is very apperant that even if an agreement is reached  you would continue to rant and never let the issue settle. It is small minded individuals like yourself that hurts the GSD world. You do sound very much like Finley.

Claiming some valiant action to prevent a catastrophe of your own making is the height of self worship.  The USCA created the problem starting in 2003, refused to address and resolve the problem despite many actions by the WUSV over the last more than 4 years.  Then on the last business day before the building was going to burn down the USCA sends in the fire brigade in the form of President Alloway.  Wow, what a valiant effort!!  The USCA had a thousand days or more to do the right thing and on the last possible day the USCA accepts a way out .. I hardly see any heroism or great sacrifce in that.  The GSD world can take care of itself without the patronage of the USCA.  There are 275 votes to be cast by member clubs at the WUSV members meeting and the USCA has 5.  That is the proper perspective of the importance of the USCA to the German Shepherd World.  The USCA has some good people I am sure, but the actions of the whole make that difficult to prove.  There was no settlement, the solution was forced on the USCA.  Henke wrote the "do or die" letter and the USCA had no choice but to comply.  There will be some peace now perhaps but the peace was created by the WUSV and not by the USCA.

Valiant deeds by men of action sounds good but it is a lie.  Last minute scramble to save your ass is the truth.  The USCA men of action had opportunities starting in 2008 to solve and settle but instead chose inaction.  There are no heroes on the USCA side of what happened save those who opposed and fought to have the exclusionary (JA) rule repealed.  These were the USCA's valiant men and women of correct action and truth but they proved the minority.  The majority of the USCA men and women of action apparently didn't care or were in favor of a rule totally in conflict with the WUSV constitution both prior to and after the binding resolution and the constitutional amendment. Action is sometimes good but correct action is better.
