Instant older puppy entertainment = large plastic juice bottle filled with rocks.  (If you try this at home, be sure and keep dog in sight, as our smart dogs easily work the lid off (or glue lid on first)).

MOM, LOOK AT THIS NOISY THING FAWNDA GAVE US.

COOL, SO WHAT DOES IT DO?

IF YOU SHAKE IT, IT MAKES LOTS OF NOISE.

FUN TO CHEW TOO

LOL! the gal in my sig loved to crunch up plastic bottles, and soft drink cans, as well. She seemed to like the noise!

LOL, 30 minutes of hard play with the new toy and both dogs are sound asleep.  If I knew it was this easy to wear Cirberus out, I would have done this a long time ago.

Cirberus has such pretty coloring... Rose does too, but I espescially like Cirberus'!

I had forgotten about the pop bottles!!! Thanks Fawn. :P I haven't tried one yet with Qira.

This reminded me of this picture of Jewel (she would've been 4 when this was taken?). Pop bottles were one of her favorites too, without the rocks though! She just like to pop and crunch them.Teeth Smile

How cute!  Mine love empty pop bottles too, to crunch and crackle.  Too funny!
