A lawyer & her assistant were running a GSD rescue in Marcus Hook, Pa, & had the dogs in her care seized. The story was on the CBS evening news tonight. The dogs shown were thin, many with feces in their fur. Apparently the woman running the rescue had another rescue 2 years ago in South Philly & had 15 dogs taken from her then. Very sad, even the officers removing the dogs refused to say anything bad about the ladies, instead just saying good intentions gone awry. Poor dogs! jackie harris

Yah, Right! Her intentions may have been good but that didn't help the poor dogs who got the worse end of the situation. It had been rumoured for some time that she was operating a questionable resue. . .However, the local authorities who have possession of the dogs are looking for REPUTABLE rescues to step up and help out with taking some of the confiscated dogs. Have heard also that some may be able to go to private adopters with refereces. IF anyone can help, please don't hesitate to offer. I can provide a contact email if needed. . . please. these poor dogs deserve better than what they got from Sixth Angel Rescue. . .
