Being family dog is one of the most important if not the most important task for GSD. That is because besides to be companion and protector of the family, regardless what other work the dog performes he/she then usually must go home into a house of a family.

Fabulous! I love the sledding shots. I tried to hook my dog up to the sled one time and instead she flopped on top of me into it and went down the hill with me a few times.
