Thank you.
Karen and Ron are the nicest people ever. I am so glad I got my pup from them. I plan on doing sport with him. I think he will be good for it.

I am sure that I will get jumped on for this but I was told by a very reputable judge that a male that a friend of mine and I were looking at breeding to was a showline DDR/East German Bloodline male. He was a son of Don Vom Haus Iris. The person who told me this is an SV Judge, and a breeder of East German dogs. So there may be a good chance that there are some showline kennels in this bloodline. He said that the East Germans bred Black, Black Sable, and Sable Showline dogs. That is why we see so many V rated dogs in the East German Bloodlines. That to you can't judge whether an East German dog is working or show by color alone. Just relaying what was explained to me. I personally dont think it matters, if the dog does what you want out of it who gives shit if it is classified as working or showlines...unless you just have your heart set on a "Workingline" dog.

I see what you are saying but I seen his dad work right in front of my eyes, so if I had to call it, I would say camillo is a very good working dog. There are many many working dogs with good conformation. Car policia had good conformation and there aint a bit of showline in that dog.
Camillo's dad and grandfather both do not look like showline dogs. Maybe if you went way back in his pedigree, but how much can a dog be like his great great great great grandfather. But I see what you are saying I hope that aint the case.

Kelly,
Congratulations on your boy. He looks quite mature for his age. Nice head and serious look about him. And, yes you do have a nice working dog! Rest in that and enjoy him. He will be a pup for some time so just appreciate him where he's at. What a great Christmas gift.
