I have a quick question - I feed all raw so have no clue about what is a "good kibble". I have a friend who just rescued a 4 year old male. The dog is fairly active and they plan on doing some agility with him. I woul say medium to high activity level.
They asked me about kibble choices for him - good quality, low to mid-range price point.
The only ones I know to recommend are Origen and Acana - but those are just too exspensive for a bag for them.
We are in SW Ontario - so any recommendations would be great. They said they would be willing to do about $40-$50 per bag.
Any recommendations would be great so I could pass them on.
Thanks!

These are the two that were recommended to me by someone on my facebook:
Acana Sport & Agility
Egal Pack Dog Large
I am just not sure which would be a better "bang for their buck". I personally like the Acana products better just based on reputation alone - but again - I don't feed kibble so not sure... She also has a medium sized dog that would be eating the same food I presume.

I found the Horizon Legacy to be very competitive price wise and quality wise to Orijen and Acana.
I have not feed this type of food to my dog, but online reviews are very positive.
I think it is actually slightly cheaper than Acana grain free line.
