Will be getting my Rottie in April and can't wait. He will be completely train in obedience and mobility assistant work? Never had a Rottie so any helpful hints would be great.

socialize, socialize, socialize and take him/her everywhere to meet people, kids, other dogs, cats and test for gunshot fire. Sound proof the dog as well as surfaces. Home Depot is OK, ballgames, etc. etc. etc... Stay out of Persmart/Petco unless mandatory. People that go to those places that bring dogs are clueless. Go to places that welcome dogs with smart owners; you don't want to have wreck as a puppy.
Keep him/her social for the dogs life and I hope he/she has a good temperament. Best of luck and enjoy, it is a cool, cool breed. Nan
