Oh, I'll give you this much, you are correct, some
people have never and will never improve in their methods.

I could post some videos here from Youtube that might open
some eyes very wide.

Witz Egidius, some know this dog. I would say NICE fricking dog, not perfect, what dog is but a nice one... good training on him... he is NO piece of shit trained to perfection but training helped to bring out what he is today...

this dog had an ecollar, pinch on him an all foundation OB was done on a toy (ball) this comes from someone who has seen the dog in training...
Judge for yourself!

I would love to see some videos of one dog handled and trained from a 7 week old pup to a title, able to certify as a dual purpose patrol / detection dog, do agility or quite frankly anything these fantastic old school trainers claim they can do.

If argument fails go ad hominem.
-----------
"Frankly" what about your " fantastic" modern trainer  videos from 7 weeks to finish? Why don't you put  here yours.  We can start there.

by workingdogz on 05 February 2013 - 00:02

I'll start. One should be careful what they ask for.

I'd like to know if people think this training is good for
the dog?  It doesn't appear to be to 'new age', in fact,
quite frankly it seems like junk yard ghetto shit training.
I see a dog in avoidance and high defense/fear. His option
to flee is removed from him. This is not a pretty picture at all.

dogz,

Show us your videos of how it is done right.  Clever

by workingdogz on 05 February 2013 - 00:02

I don't have any. Sorry. Besides, I don't profess to be a master
of all Wink Smile  Maybe you could show us some of yours too GSD?

Oh, I thought you were, my bad. You do have a lot to say in regards to what is right and what is wrong so I guess I considered you maybe not a master but someone with a lot of knowledge, again, my bad.

My vids? lol, I don't even own a video camera. Do you?

by workingdogz on 05 February 2013 - 00:02

Right is right, wrong is wrong GSD. Not sure why that should be a
problem. One doesn't need to win the Nationals or be a PHD to
see black and white do they?
I do have a video camera, it's on my Iphone. Why do you ask?
