Please limit the amout of rescues .........wading thru them is getting to be an ordeal.
13 of 34 is getting to be excessive.

Not very likely. So, when the GSD forum has half the page do we also need to limit it? I will discuss this with Oli in the coming month but I don't see it happening.

I myself want dogs rescued and given a second chance at a forever home. I am actually a little saddened by this thread. The forum was added to allow the rescue folks a place to post, instead of posting them into the GSD or general forums.

This is my suggestion-don't use the latest post page just go into each forum that interests you.

I wish all rescues could have homes........but when the forum is taken over by rescues - the forum will no longer attract people who want to learn and discuss topics about dogs - it is the beginning of the end.

It is not the beginning of the end, this place survived when a certain member used to start OT after OT threads in the dog forums. The latest threads page is not a forum. You don't have to use it to see what is going on. Just use the GSD and general forums that way the rescues won't be in the way. They have every right to post just like you have every right to post topics that interest you.
