i bought mine off e-bay. they appear there quite often and if you are careful, you can get one in the 60-80 dollar range for a new reprint.

Is it worth the $80? Wow seems kinda pricey for a book. Better be a wealth of info in there.

I don't go into other GSD websites, so thanks for the working dog site, flygirl.
Going down that list--Max's book, the Willis book on genetics, Fred Lanting's, and a couple of the Carbajal series seems interesting. Maybe, I'll give myself an early xmas present.
Badpuppy--I'll check Hoflin next.

Sweet, thanks guys. I'm sure I can get my hands on one now. Nice pics of the inside on ebay. Looks worth every penny. God I have a dog that resembles those skinny short coated coyotes.
