Is it normal for a Larus pup to be 6,500 I mean last year a breeder had it up for sale.
A Zamp puppy can a price be 4,500
Obviouslly the importer is making profit.
How much of a price range is it for a pup before it comes from Germany.

Dux de cuatro flores 6,500

Sounds to me like the importer is doubling or tripling the price of the pup. JMO

They can ask for whatever they want. it does not mean that they will get that price. seems a little excessive for a puppy.

8 - 10 weeks old German Shepherd puppies out of well known parents cost between 700 and 900 , shipping to the States maybe around 250 ( depends on the airline ). Everything above is way too much! Instead of wasting this much money you could fly to Germany, take a look at the litter, have a nice time ( we don¿t bite, and Germany is not that ugly - a little bit rainy right now ), and get the dog you dreamed about.
Kind regards to the States, we are not this far away!

I forgot to say - a puppy is nothing else than a puppy - nobody can promise you something about its future, even 2 winners don¿t automatically produce winners!

Those prices are way out of line Kiddo. They are not coming from Germany they are USA Importers prices, as your not quoting euros. If your interest is with an import puppy you should be dealing with the German breeders directly. GSDlvr2 way way more than tripling with those prices. Dux is out of VA2 Hill and remember I also have a Hill son I imported directly from Germany.

I purchased a Zamp pup from Amulree kennels back in April. Total cost including shipping was around $1,200.00 US dollar.
