Does anyone know if there is a database for the IPO scores. I recently purchased a dog that has his IPO1 but they didnt get the score book when they bought him so they dont know the scores. I would really like to know how he scored on this. Any help would be deeply appreciated...

Where did the dog come from?

The scorebook belongs to the dog.
Ask for it!
Even if it´s lost every kennelclub on earth is able to give you a new one, but the seller should take care for it and he should pay the fee.

The club/organization were the IPO was held should have a copy of his scores as well as the head organization of the club that issued the scorebook.

How do you know the dog is really titled?

Use the Tattoo and registration number and contact the SV in Germany OR the likes in Serbia and check if the dog is on their breed registry...
They will have more than enough info if the dog is from there...

"Screwed" depends on your intentions. If you want to continue titling the dog or do a breed survey and don't have the scorebook, then you're screwed in the sense that you'll probably have to get a new one and repeat the title. The scorebook belongs to the dog not the owner/handler, so I would take this up with the seller rather than trying to find another way to prove the score.
