Von Savitch K9

by Von Savitch K9 on 03 December 2012 - 13:12

I just had to put my Axel down 11/30/2012 due to sever seizures, born 01/10/2008 Dana and Wilson D litter. Kraftwerk K9 Please don't breed these dogs. Respectfully Joseph Sarlo. The breed should be first. Very disappointed in Wayne s remarks about Axel condition. Just breed the dog there no proof of this being genetic. I was very painful to see him suffer the way he did. People there is more to breeding than Hip and Elbows or a title thank you

They also breed dogs with DM and when you bring it up to them they pretend that this is the first they have ever heard of it ( when you know people have gone to them about this) and continue breeding the same pair. I was told that I will not be refunded, and my dog is only a carrier and not a risk. Sorry for your lose

I am so sorry to hear you lost Axel, it is heart wrenching to watch a pet having seizures :(

And they charge 4-5 thousand per puppy! They must have a great health guarantee??

Uh, maybe I wrong, but aren't you the same poster who was offering this dog for stud service after you knew he was seizuring?

Seizures are horrible but hard to know the cause. Mine died due to bad rabies shot, another probably due to too much lasix, 85 % are a result of food allergies and then you have your other medical issues like brain tumor and what you think-bad breeding. The pain of watching a loved dog go through this never really leaves at least not mine. Hope you find some peace. Sorry the breeder won't listen to you.

So what did Wayne tell you about your K9 ?    When did the seizures start?

"I was told that I will not be refunded, and my dog is only a carrier and not a risk."

And is your dog only a carrier?  Why do you think you should be entitled to a refund?

Wanye wrote me that there is no gentic proof concerning epilipsy in dogs and I should breed him anyway, which I never did . Seziures started about 3 1/2 years old and progressively got worst with passing time.

My dog is not the only one I came across from this breeding with the same issue. It is disgusting he is surely more interested in the Benjamins
