The amount of dogs being euthanized at shelters in California is out of control. Its the killing fields there :( I have only had 3 hours of sleep each night trying to save these dogs. Transport to people who can save them is very expensive. There are a lot of people on this database. PLEASE, if you can help with transport to get these dogs to safety,and you have not lready signed up to transport, I am begging you all to please help to try to save these dogs and step up and add your name to list of people willing to transport! If we can set up a cross country network, please go to the rescue forum and add your name to the list of people willing to transport or drive a leg of the journey, to help get these dogs to the east coast where they can find homes and not be put to death. IMHO, breeders and breed lovers have a duty to help save the breed they love. Please, I beg you, consider helping us on the rescue forum so we can get a run to the east coast without transport costs of $300+. I KNOW we can do this, with all the people, here, even if its only a once a month run.Here is the thread in the Rescue Forum where you can sign up ...
