First let me say I'm far from an expert.
I'll answer your question but only after I throw in my opinion and it's worth exactly what you paid for it.
Take a look at RAW. I know it may seem like a PITA but honestly after you get your routine down it'll be simple and much better for the dog. I have done hours of reading on the +/- of feeding RAW vs. Kibble after reading about kibble and having a better understanding of it I'll never feed it again if I can avoid it.
To answer your question if I had to feed one of the two I would go with the Blue. The RC has so much stuff in it that I can't pronounce I can't see how it could possibly be good (for the long term health).
If you must feed kibble have you looked at Orijin? You could also look at TOTW I think either would be better than the two you listed but nowhere near as good as the RAW.
I know this doesn't really help but I hope it gets you thinking of going RAW instead.

i would go with blue over the r.c. overall, it is a better product. if i remember correctly, they have both had recalls, but i am not aware
of any current problems with either. you know, it really does depend on the dog. i have 8 gsds here & they all require different diets
and different supplements. if i had to choose between those 2 products, i would go with the blue. good luck.

Neither -- y? because these foods are not good for GSD's and there is no way I would feed my 75 pound dog 5 cups of any food -- even over 3 meals .. My 80 pound GSD eats only 2 cups of food and maintains his weight - outdoors 12 hours a day in WINTER !!
and I've been on the same food for over 25 years and I've never fed "kibble". and hope I never have to. -- if i did -- it wouldn't be either of these.
