This is nothing more than a book sales promotion,
I found it useless and without merit.
You must stop watching Alex Jones.
If and when the shit hits the fan all logic and rules, every plan goes out the window.
You will be left with nothing but your wits and will to survive.
Survival of the fittest, only if your lucky and karma smiles on you.
You may not want to survive after the dust settles.
Burn it all down, set the example for the whole world.
Trust me there is nothing more powerful than a wild fire.

Moons, I see the interview a bit different. First, it explains what a lot of top current and retired USG and American Intel officials actually think and are doing to prepare. Skousen is a highly connected individual who has been building fortified safe rooms for many of these folks and has been a highly paid consultant all over the world to assist these wealthy and powerful highly connected folks to retire and move to safe locations (many foreign) with expensive secret fortifications. He has plenty of money and does not need book sales. In fact he was invited by Alex to share this information to help his viewers to get the insiders views out to the public of what is coming and to help raise money for Infowars.com. At first Skousen was reluctant.
Whether you believe his views or not be informed they are coming from high USG and Intel officials. They believe these things whether they prove to be true or not. We shall see over time. In my view, it is very interesting to learn what the rich. powerful and highly connected top officials are expecting in the next 5-10 years and what they are spending big money on.
By the way, Alex Jones has been doing a great job getting the truth out for over 17 years. He has done many remarkable things and his secret filming of Bohemian Grove is historical and unmatched for any investigative journalists. Alex has a good heart and truly wants to wake folks up from the bondage we are in from the offshore banksters who have hijacked the USG and violated the US Constitution, it's Bill of Rights and Rule of Law.
I have supported his work for years and respect him personally. No other investigative jouirnalist has done so much to get the truth out to the common citizen. He is very, very careful to vet every single story so as bnot to be sued. I know this for a fact. He only publishes stories which have legs. he is highly respected by many officials, police and intel in high positions who leak a great deal of inside information to him.
At least he loves America and is trying to do something about it. And I respect that. His popularity is growing and he offers a great deal of free information to folks who cannot afford to subscribe to PrisonPlanetTV.com . Almost all his paid shows are eventually posted on youtube.com for free so everyone can watch them. he goes way out of his way to make everything available for those who cannot afford to subscribe or buy his movies, which are many. Alex is a great documentary film producer. Don't believe it try watching some. They can be watched for free on youtube.com. One's he is fanous for are the Obama Deception and Endgame and numerous movies on the coming police state.

Preston you are correct, we see things differently.
The one thing I seek out is virgin news that has not been slanted by emotion of agenda, honestly all reporters have their own agenda, be it fame or monetary gain, the one I like most is the thrill of discovery, pride.
Many things Alex Jones touches on are real, but they are usually things I already know.
Yes people know what's coming or at least they suspect and the one's who can try to prepare, yeah I know about the rich who control things as well.
I also recognize the lies we are fed.
My points though are sound, you gotta buy the information, no one is giving it away for free.
And there are only so many things you can do to prepare and many of the suggestions presented are nonsense.
So much depends on how things go down.
Youtube has all kinds of informative video's but you must take each one with a grain of salt and question everything with your own mind before you take any of it as fact or knowledgeable.
Finally,
I do have hope, but I am a realist.
And it's not just about our country but the whole planet and all peoples.
As for my views, you can't fight a machine, you can however break one.
You can't save people who won't save themselves.
This machine is powered by money, fear, greed, and high technology, controlled by only a handful of very bad men.
Overcome those and you can win for all mankind.

Moons, I do respect you and value your opinions even when I do not agree. And I do acknowledge that you may be correct and I may be wrong. Certainly there are top experts that share your view on this and have good reasons for their opinion. And the same for mine.
It seems as if those who run everything (offshore banksters who create all the money they need and buy everyone of influence and almost all govts of the world), are dead set on creating WW3. It is well known that since Roman times at least wars of acquisition and empire building have been the norm and apparently operated to build power and profit from war.
The mideast is a powderkeg as is the global derivatives and credit system which is based on over 100 layers of refinancing of non-secured debts which are sold as secured (the largest investment fraud in history). Perhaps these realites can be suspended for a period of time but many experts believe that eventually the "chickens will come home to roost" and there will be a world financial meltdown as never before in history. That is what apparently is providing a lot of business for Joel Skousen from the wealthy elite insiders and retired intel and USG folks. As the USG heads rapidly for a nazi/stasi police state with even militarized local police now (most under federal jurisdiction by contract for weapons, amos and armored cars), we see less and less freedom and a more and more corrupt Congress. I would like to believe the American sheeple will wake up and take their country back but this may be overly optimistic.

Ten years ago China was 6th economy, now it's second and in four years it shall be the first. America is in debt and its economy is facing serious problems. Few things that could be done among other things is lessen uncritical outside expenditure and concentrate on internal affairs ,economy being the top priority. The war against Iraq and Afghanistan were big blenders, blindly spending on Israel is another.
I believe Obama and Congress understand the current serious status of America and pulling out from Iraq is achieved, Afghanistan is on course, remains Israel which no American leader has the will to take action, Israel has to stand on its own, it has to be convinced to make real peace with the Palestinians and live in peace and cooperation with its neighbors and stop asking for aid and free weapons which will not be needed if peace is achieved.
I do not think that two party system is a good thing, it is very similar to no-democracy as two parties can agree and do agree on no third party competition to them and they agree that they only are entitled to rule America. Maybe this should change for a more healthy political life in the States.
I think America in few years won't be the sole leader of the world, but it shall remain one of the leaders, I don't think a collapse is near, confirmed or likely, saving foreign expenditure and involvement plus no more wars shall help in better focus on domestic affairs, Americans are lively people and they can pull out, no other nation has better advantages than them, the Germans did it and American can and will do it.

You can not have peace with a country, government or people whose whole goal in life is destroying you. There will be no peace for Isreal until Hamas is controlled and the Palestinian government has no way to do that. One option may be to take some of the billions going to Egypt and other Middle East countries and give it to the poor in Gaza. Take the economic incentives going to the wealthy Gov't officials and distribute it to the poor who actually could use it.

One more thing I see necessary for a healthy society is VALUES, in the West and especially in America it looks like you are loosing values, Freedom is good but too much freedom becomes society illness. I see you discussing freedom of woman abortion, same sex marriage and I know a man and woman can live together without marriage and you call that freedom when it's in fact destruction to first block in a healthy society.Maybe you need to re invent or rebulid your values for a more solid family which constitutes a society. I see that many have no respect for religion, no respect for faith, no respect for the elderly, no respect for the lady, no respect for the President, no respect for the government etc. Is that a healthy thing?. I see that you can buy and use a gun, your system allows for a criminal to escape conviction due to prosedure mistake etc etc, are all those things good for a society?
