I was advised to get my dog a ball with a rope attatched... they told me to try Hallmark K9, but geez, shipping on a $13 toy is another $11. I'd rather not spend THAT much on a toy... does anyone know where I can find a cheaper one of similar quality?

My personal fav is the nylabone rhino ball on a rope toy. It has survived many many dogs and being shot out of a tree multiple times
with a .22 rifle (thank you hubby LOL). I have a yellow one from elite K9 that didn't last but maybe 6 months and one dog. I found it
in my local feed store for 11.00 plus tax.

I don't know how much shipping is but you can call Jasmine and ask.  she will also combine shipping or you can ask her if she is visiting a show near you.

Just a thought,

When our club is ordering something I ask if anyone needs anything from whatever supplier I am using. Maybe other folks in your club need
something and you can combine your order to minimize the cost of shipping for all involved. The gappay balls are by far the best for working dogs.
I too tried the yellow one from elite K9. About 2-3 weeks is as long as it lasted.

My first stop would be Walmart.

I use a black kong and attached a rope. It works great. I have also used the elite k9 ball. I liked it, though its pretty heavy. It tore up after a lot of use.

Kong on a rope works great and durable. I got the kong and rope at tractor supply.

I have one from Elite K9 as well... I have had mine for a couple years. For me it has held up very well. I use it as a reward for OB.

Full Grip Gear also make a very good one.
