Im wondering from all here who they consider the top trainers are. How you would rank them and how you came up with that Ranking. I want to compare what others think to what i consider the top in the country. Please give reasons and personal experiences as well. i hope we get lots of responses to this.

Okay, I'll dive in.
Les Flores.
He can truely read and understand the dog as an individual. He tailers his style to what the dog needs, and treats all with respect. People come from other states, multiple hours away to train with him. Here's a site showing some of his accomplishments. We feel privilaged to be able to train with him.

Clarification, please: When you say 'trainer', are you referring strictly to the individual's talent for training/working/handling *dogs*, or are you also referring to that individual's ability to train *others* in the skill of teaching dogs? There are a myriad of excellent *dog* trainers, but far fewer who can also teach the human end of the leash anywhere near as well.
As far as training of the dog goes, I'd second Jim Hill and T Floyd, as I've actually seen their work. Can only speak to Les Flores by reputation, which puts him with the previous individiuals. Would have to include Armin Winkler and Ivan Balabanov in the circle as well.

I would have to add STEVE HOUSE.
He is fantastic at problem solving. Many people from around the country have taken problem dogs to him with great results. He understands the dogs and knows what works best for different situations... As opposed to trainers that have just one style. He has helped tweek top working line dogs for National as well as Inter-National competitions. He understands all lines of dogs without bias against one or the other and has also been very successful in training showline dogs to awesome competition worthy quality. He can take any dog to the highest level it can achieve. He also trains for the show ring.
Also my own personal trainer: LOUIS VELASQUEZ
Louis made his name in DVG and is very good in all areas. He also trains police dogs as well as search and detection dogs. Excellent motivational training.
