Help Needed - Cincinnati GSD Rescue - Page 5

Just an update... Myself, sherri, ken, bobbi & margaret SUCCESSFULLY adopted out 6 wonderful, loving, affectionate, beautiful companions in the last 2days! 3 Shih-Tzu's 1 Toy Poodle 1 German Shepherd 1 Min Schnauzer ALL of the above K9's were: 1 - Examined by a vet 2 - Groomed 3 - Vaccinated 4 - Dewormed 5 - Given Frontline+ 6 - spayed or neutered 7 - heartworm checked if over 6mos 8 - rabies vaccinated if over 6mos ALL of these innocent babes would have been KILLED had Destiny's Rescue not stepped up and rescued them! ALL of the families who adopted had Excellent vet references and either currently owned a dog or had just recently sent one over the bridge. I dont have time to play bullshit games with Missy Burns or Tim Helser. I have lives to SAVE! It is my personal recommendation that NO ONE of any race, sex or nationality have ANYTHING to do with either of these 2 individuals. It is of my personal opinion that they are BOTH VERY, VERY DANGEROUS individuals and pose a great threat to our beloved German Shepherds! If you want reasons and real facts, contact me off this board and i'll be happy to oblige. In the meantime, the reasoning for this post is still an open topic. We are always looking for compassionate and responsible volunteers. I am a dangerous individual. Be careful of me. I am a danger to this breed. Is anyone else laughing? I sure am. I don't give opnions, because I like facts. The only thing that I post about are facts, with proof. I don't say contact me if you want my OPINION. I say contact me for hard proof of my accusations. I haven't made anything up. And won't. A bad falling out does not mean I give FALSE accusations. But be as it may, I don't personaly care what anyone has to say about me. As there is nothing bad to say about me. If someone bravely steps up and contacts her to "hear the crap" send me a message, and I can reply. No biggie. I am not scared of what she might make up about me. I never said that she was a bad person, in fact I said she has a good heart, but runs the rescue wrong, and makes dangerous decisions about adoptions. I am a dangerous person... HAHAHAH..LOL. everybody run for cover! lol. I am seriously dying here. LMAO... Beware everyone of me..(are you ready) EVERY RACE, SEX, NATIONALITY, OMG, where did that come from? Oh well. Mercedes - how many months did you volunteer?? I remember it to be about one and a half months. Wasn't that about how long it took for you to leave your husband for mister K9-Helser ? There is even a post from March 26th about your buddy from tristateK9 about how Tim isn't supposed to train, or certify a dog according to the State of Ohio Attorney General. You are such great people to be bad mouthing anyone. You got a restraining order against Rhea because you broke the contract that you signed with Destiny's Rescue when you adopted KC. Did ya think about how maybe it went to arbitration because the rescue didn't want to waste money on you when there are many things so much more important to use the money for. For your information Missy the fence is not the same as it was in April. The kennels are much better. (And please explain how you can blame a person because a dog destroys a kennel... ) Quite a few dogs’ lives have been saved!! **Isn't that what is important?!?*** She has a record of escaping dogs. Whoop de dooo! I have neighbors that would never get out of jail if I called animal control even half of the time the one dog they own escapes. Yes, Rhea can be late at times but if I didn't have anyone else in my life to help me, and I was trying to accomplish half of what she is I would always be late. Is that a sin? What right do you have to place blame on someone who is trying their best to save lives? Remember DON'T throw stones if your house is made of glass. Tim - have you ever heard of a pet psychic? They claim they talk to animals and quite a few people believe in them. Should we consider all of those people wacko? And if you are trying to rescue dogs why in the world are you breeding?? So did Mikey bite you? It's funny becasue my husband, my daughter, and myself have all been able to pet and love on him without any biting or problems. Dogs just have a sense about people.. AS for her dogs - Atlas plays very well with my dogs. I have been to her house at least once a week for over a year and only witnessed one fight. Mikey and Atlas will growl at each other and stop when told. Tim - you say "Her home looks like a crack house and there was dogs with parvo and other things wrong with them allover the place, dogs would crap on the floor and she will leave in sit . the place was what I would say was way beyond gross" I love how someone who dealt with the rescue for less than a month acts as if he lived there. She's trying to remodel the place without alot of help. Yes there was alot of dust. The floor being torn up and replaced. Disorganized maybe, but she hadn't even lived there very long when you were there. Quick!! Please let my husband know that any project he is working on right now better be finished very quickly or our house will look like a crack house! Maybe he'll get through his to do list faster. What things were wrong with the dogs? I know we took in an adult owner surrender who was supposed to have all of his shots but ended up with Parvo. But he was at the vet getting treated as soon as we knew there was something wrong. There are not flea infested, malnourished, sick, mean dogs running rampant all over the place. The dogs are treated at the vet, given physicals, and well fed and housed. Any time I've been there if an animal has had an accident in the house Rhea has cleaned it immediately. Mercedes you say "This is all from a woman who wanted so bad to shadow Tim, all until Tim stated that he could no longer be a part of her rescue, because she adopted out fear biters, and working line GSDs as family "pets". Rhea told me she had doubts about Tim before she ever had him around Mikey. And you say she wanted to shadow Tim so badly, funny that she never mentioned that to me. I never heard any raves about how great Tim was. And I am curious, who are these current volunteers who are complaining about Rhea?

Sadiesmom- I voluntereed for the rescue from april thru august, when we had the falling out.That would be 4 months, of consistant volunteering, and running around. How on earth did you get the 1.5 months? And who the hell says I left my husband for Tim? I am still with my husband, and Tim has a new baby on the way, concieved in June.. So um, you need to get your stories straight. Are Tim and I friends, sure, so are me and Mitch, another club member. So am I leaving my hubby for Mitch now? That is hilarious. As per contract I supposidly broke? NOWHERE on this contract did it say I could NOT train this dog to do SchH, or personal protection. Let me scan in a copy and show everyone. As for the charges, they were Harassment charges that I pressed against her.She continualy contacted me leaving threatning messages on my phones, and Tims. I took the apropriate action needed to protect me and my family. The courts allowed it to FIRST go to arbitration.Nowhere did she have a choice to "pursue" more. Small claims court, to get "her" reincarnated dog back, that has had bite training, which she doesnt believe in, for her to PTS KC? I would like to see that ruleing. Oh and I am still within my contract. She has violated that order, and I guess I will now have to contact the police. She made a DIRECT contact to me on a different website. I have it all printed out... Funny. (oh, and since I have not mentioned any name of any rescue.... I have not done anything wrong here...) And also, I had KC, got him evaluated, and all in front of her, and had him in training, all before she took my check for the adoption, and deposited it into her account. I have that printout, and check as well. So she had ample time to take KC back.. But she enjoyed coming out, and even wanted to train one of Tim's dogs , Jill, with me so we could do something togeather.. I have the emails that state she loved the way that Tim trained, and wanted to shadow him to learn more. Oh and b4 anyone thinks I am sticking up for Tim, I aint. This is about me now. We ALL know about Tims police record, WHO CARES! If she supposidly had doubts as you say, WHY continue to work with him, why bring up dogs for him to work with , and train AFTER the Mikey eval..?? I don't deal with people I doubt.. Look at me and this rescue.. No more. The current house she lives in, Bought in April 21st of 2005. year and a half ago. Pet Psychics? ALL of them are a JOKE. A message was left by her on Tims phone saying that KC is talking to her, he is telling her that I am driving him down Tims road to his kennel to drop him off, and he is scared, and doesnt want to go there. All the while we are at my home 2 hours away form Tim's, playing in the yard. I will leave it at that. No Mikey did not bite me, i got to pet him too, BUT when a dog chases fearfully aggressive, a 5 yr old around the yard, snapping and barking and growling at them, My daughter was just trying to walk up the yard to get back to the house,and that dog is then tested to be severly fear aggressive, the dog needs PTS. I have the email stating this dog put over 20 puncture holes in a mans arm. Atlas picks on every new dog that comes in because he has nerve issues too. We took him to an adoptathon, and she had to keep taking him outside to puke he was so nervy. Whining, and pacing. Yeah good example of the breed. She was late EVERYTIME we had planned on doing something, and sometimes not showing up at all w/no phone call. And my house, not made of glass. Throw away. Not scared as you can see.. TristateK9 aint my buddy, never met him, and he "dogs" on Tim too, You dont need a "liscence" to train dogs and certify them. Did you go to the link? Nonexistant. If so then your buddy Rhea, can't re-train, or rehabilitate dogs either. *gasp*

Oh, and the contract states that IF anyone should break the contract, the Adopter is to pay all court costs. She knows I didn't break anything, and maybe she rewrote the contract now. ALTHOUGH the contract stipulates that the rescue signs over all ownership and liability of the dog, to the new owner. DDR DSH points out that ANYONE can do as they please, so long as the dog is taken care of properly. Law is a fun thing to study. Expecially when my sister in law is almost done with law school. I saw the fencing in August. Changed since then? how? 1 acre of PRIVACY FENCE for 2000. Not even close. As you can see, people really dont care about Tim on here, they all have had their disagreements with them. And me, well, noone hates me yet. I havent "wronged" andyone. And with the post that she made in original reason, well she knew Tim and I post here. Why open herself up to that?

Why would you see the fence in August when there is a restraining order? Doesn't that kind of break the order? But for someone who says they don't have a fence you are very hung up on a fence being needed. Is there a reason you are so hung up on money? The cost of the fence isn't what should matter. There are things called donations if you haven't heard of them. You have wronged someone. You broke your contract. And you paying court costs after the fact does not defray the waste of money on you in the beginning. Why open herself up to posting on a board you are on? It is a free country! Why avoid places just because you know jerks are there? If I tried to avoid everywhere that mean spirited liars hung out I wouldn't be able to leave my house.

Well lets see here Sadiesmom. The chares were pressed August 8th. So, that would leave 7 days to view fence. So nope, did not break order. Fencing at a rescue that has 20 dogs running around and rescue dogs escaping is improtant. I dont have rescue dogs here. And wont until my fence is complete, as well as the indoor/outdoor kennel runs to keep dogs seperate and the new ones isolated until the health can be determined. So fencing is important with a rescue. Many rescue dogs have escaped her yard. And that can be a danger to BOTH people, and that DOG. She lives on a buisy road, near a state highway. Contract? Once again, why dont you actually sit down and read that contract, that I SUPPOSIDLY broke. Didnt. Like I said NOWHERE on that contract does it say I can't train my GSD for SchH, or PP. Nice try though. And like I said, she recieved the adoption fee for KC WELL after the start of training. If I had broken ANY kind of contract, she would not have accepted that money and deposited it. She is just mad, because KC gets crated a little more than she likes. Oh well, that would mean even if he was crated for 10min. She doesnt believe in crateing. So you can keep trying to say that I broke a contract, but in reality, I did not. You are right, it is a free country, so why get upset over the fact that some people that have issues with her and her rescue speak their mind? Freedom of speech after all. I am not a jerk. I am a person who wholeheartly believes that truth should be told. And people warned about the people asking for help should there be a reason to warn them. You are the one with the black lab mix that you dropped off with Lexie the GDS you were fostering, but suddenly became allergic to. You should be careful about sticking up for her, as you should hear the things she has said about you and your family. No, i wont say them here. But becareful who you stick up for. As for telling you what volunteers have said things, it is NOONES business. Because if they have cut ties effectivly with her and the rescue, well, I dont want to make their lives miserable by bringing their names up again.
