Has anyone had any experience with a 2-3 linebreeding on the L litter Westfalensproß? Too much of a good thing?
Anyone have any opinions on what this might bring (good or bad) in the progeny?

Thank you for the input, Gustav. I should have mentioned that we are looking to do a breeding to produce serious competition and working k9s. Not for the faint of heart nor for novice handlers. Not looking for handler aggression or dogs that are overly independent though. Hips are also a concern since the bitch has fast-normal hips. I have heard Chicco produced good hips, but there are not many offspring with results listed to look at to confirm this data.

Every dog I have seen out of Chicco over the years was strong....of course there are many I haven't seen, still he was known for want he produced.

what else is present on the proposed breeding......besides lasco/luna? might make a difference.

I am looking at a couple of potential studs. One is a Lasco son and one is an Elk von Karthago son. Either breeding would be a 3-4 on Chicco.

Lasco and Luna were very healthy dogs, both died in the age of 14 years.

What did your female's previous two litters produce as far as temperament, size, teeth, testicles, biddability, work ethic, etc?

This will be my first litter with her. From what I am told, she produces high drive pups with good biddability. Here is a video of one of her sons in Hungary:
