For the past year, I have been researching showlines, thinking that was the safest bet. However, even with a promising litter it seems like some people end up with some real "reactive" or weak nerve dogs. I am open now to show or working line dogs, and I actually prefer the working lines as they are more compact. I just don't want anything with a temperament that will overwhelm me, my husband, or our spoiled mutt. I come from the horse world and am a competent trainer, but not suited to a "hard" dog.

i am in New England and looking for a nice young dog or puppy to do obedience and therapy work.
