This bitch was sent as already pregnant from CZECH REPUBLIC to Arizona to bred puppies in February 2012 . Rearing of puppies took place in the kennel Allunare owned - according to her claims - by Mrs. Jaclyn Kindle, 19358 N. Ventana lane, Mricopa, AZ 85138th . Jaclyn Kindle, also acts on www.pedigreedatabase.com the nickname Ace 952

I  formerly cede my brood bitch Kirby Hartis Bohemia to this woman and there was no problem. Then Jaclyn Kindle has offered me to mediate sale of Mendy Tobani and also sale of Mendy´s puppies (x Scoot Favory Cross). Therefore Mendy Tobani was registered in the AKC on Jaclyn Kindle before the date of January 20, 2012, when she was mated with Scoot Favory Cross owned by Mr. Glisník. Mendy was pregnant and at my expense sent to Arizona. She should be offered for sale in the USA after bred puppies
 
After the birth of eight puppies sired by Scoot Favory Cross in March 17, 2012 http://www.k9db.com/dogs/scoot-favory-cross-ipo-x-mendy-tobani-zvv-listing-390.aspx Mrs.Jaclyn Kindle decided to buy Mendy Tobani by herself. I and my mother - (Mendys owner) agreed with this adjustment of agreement. But Jaclyn Kindle CEASE ALL CONTACT with me at the time of purchase of puppies. The last information from her was that 5 puppies are in new homes with their owners. The agreement was not never fulfilment. There was no payment for Mendy and puppies.
 
I have tried several times to contact Jaclyn Kindle in written form since June 2012, but without result.
Last week, 24 October 2012, I found out that Mendy Tobani has puppies again. Edited by admin to remove things that have not been proven about another kennel.
 
After further attempts to contact Jaclyn Kindle this woman answered.She told me not to bothered her otherwise she sue me for harassment.
 
We have all emails to prove these facts

I would contact the sheriffs office and file a criminal complaint if you have the emails

Are you located in the US? If not, I wouldn't worry myself one bit over any threats of suing you for harassment--it's unlikely she's going to come to where you are to sue you, that's for sure.  troopscott is correct, though--file a complaint with the sheriff in Maricopa.

In last days I have repeatedly asked Jaclyn Kindle for return Mendy Tobani back. Without answer.

So anyway I only offered help if it is overseas to document this, maybe help with translation if it applies.

Ace is indeed a dude, and I'd wager knew nothing of any wrong doing before getting involved in any way shape or form.

The town of Maricopa, AZ is located in Pinal County.  If the person lives inside the town of Maricopa the City Police Department is who you can contact and they are listed on the internet.  If outside the town but using Maricopa as their mail location, then the Pinal County Sheriff is the investigatiing agency and they too are listed on the internet.  In some instances involving international cases federal laws may be involved and the FBI regional office in Phoenix, AZ might be queried for assistance.  If the mail was involved again this could raise federal issues and might fall under the responsibility of the U.S Postal Service, see web-site. Note these would involve criminal allegations and having your cronology down and all your supporting documents available to send them would facilitate any investigation.  However, upon review they may decide that this is a civil matter and then your only recourse would be to retain legal counsel.  The State Bar of Arizona has a referal service through their on-line site that might help you.  Or one of the folks on the pedigree database in that area might know of an attorney in Arizona they can refer you to.   Good luck!

I am very sorry to hear what has happened to you. I hope the situation is resolved quickly.

I was best friends with Jackie but i haven't spoken to her since June. I have seen Mendy & Kirby on a few occasions and they were well taken care of.
I am the person who created at ads to help sell the puppies of the Scoot x Mendy litter as well as helped her sell a couple.

I had no idea all this was going on and thought you 2 had everything worked out.

If there is anything i can do please contact me. I am sure your trust in people in the U.S. isnt very hood now due to this situation but i am a honest person. You may contact Zdenek Vydra with Berounske Basty kennels to ask about me. I speak with Zdenek often and know of him and his family.
