The AKC has finally succumbed to the pressure and as of the first of the year will be awarding titles. This is truly a great moment in history for the German Shepherd dog. These titles will be recognized on the Official AKC pedigree. Here is a link to the AKC announcement:

Dog1, is this the correct link to your post? All what it talks about is the CGC becoming a title (discussed in a different thread)?
