I went to see a dog the weekend of Sept 22nd, stayed in a motel outside of San Jose. I gave my new address to the motel I was staying at Motel 6 and now I am being billed by Fastrack for tickets I did not incur. My home state of NV did not even have my new address so how does CA. Do they hunt for people through a Natl database such a motel? The plate on the fasttrack bill is a plate that I had 9 years ago that was returned to DMV in 2003. I'm really at a loss here. Suggestions? Anyone work for DMV?
