I rescued this little 55 lb. gal out of a kill shelter in Los Angeles July 5. She was malnourished, had horrible flea dermatitis, and pneumonia. We think she is about 4-5 years old.

As you can see in her pix below, she is now in great shape, clean bill of health, coat all grown in, shiny and healthy. She is spayed and ready for a new, loving home. Her name is "Indy", for Independence Day. She is affectionate, loyal, has some obedience training, housebroken, good with all people and my male GSD, but not good with small animals (yet! I'm working on that). She barks when strangers come up the driveway, but is not a problem barker. She does her business on-leash promptly, so a good full-time house dog even for a city-dweller. She would make a super companion for someone. She is located at my house about 50 miles north of Sacramento, CA. (95953)

If you know anyone who would love to have a really nice female, please contact me at wkgdogs@gmail.com. (I don't come on this board much these days)

How beautiful and adorable!!!  Unfortunately, I cannot take her, as I have a female already .  Love the smaller size GSD.

May I try to copy your post??  I will try some places.
