Has anyone ever had ,or know of, a male who has mated a female through a chain link fence?

I never had it happen, but I too have heard of it. When my wife was younger (her mother raised GSD's) it happened between an older female and a male puppy who was but one (1) year of age.
I have some randy females who will back up to the fence in an attempt to mate whenever a stud male is near. One cannot be too careful.

I'm sorry GSD Lover--- I have to add--- It is an often told story, may well have happened, and my neighbor still believes his daughter got pregnant on a toilet seat.
