WDA -- more illegal actions - Page 1

People say to go to the ByLaws of this club and that is the way clubs are suppose to run.  BUT in this club, the enforcers do NOT use the ByLaws!!!!  And you who are trying to correct the problems within this club should go to the Colorado Attorney General for help.  See these enforcers use the Colorado non profit rules by which they do the enforcements, not the ByLaws!!!!  If the enforcers are doing wrong go to that Colorado Attorney General EVEN if you have to drive there for your appontment!!!

In another case I am going to talk about is this one.  If a member wanted to leave the club, according to the ByLaws, the person would send a letter to the Corresponding Secretary and say they are resigning if the person did not want to wait until the end of the year and not renew membership which is another way of resigning.  There is NO other way for an individual to resign!!!!  Read the ByLaws!!!  Not the non profit rules!!!!

There are rules for removing people as per the ByLaws that I am not going to go into here as they do not really apply.

A member wrote an email say that they were not getting the benefits of membership, as the 3 item ballot.  The person said that they might as well not be a member and yet the person has a Membership card still in hand saying that they are a member through Dec of 2013, YES, I said 2013!!!!!

Suddenly, they receive the total Silent Treatment and are cut off from magazines, Regional Conference Calls, National Confirence Calls, when calling the phone number listed on the web site for the Regional Confirence Calls, the call does not go through.  Maybe the person's phone number is black listed.

So this is another way to remove people who complain!!!  Do not follow the ByLaws and btw, there is NO Corresponding Secretary!!!!  Look all you want, there is NO Corresponding Secretary as listed in the ByLaws!!!  So a person cannot write to the Corresponding Secretary to resign.  Only way is to not renew.  BUT the enforcers have their way and I bet it is not in the Colorado Attorney General's rules for non profits!!!!   Just remove the "bad/complaining" person from all signs of membership =ing total removal via the Silent Treatment.

And the Chief enforcer is in office all through 2013.  As I have said before, you'al are going to have fun for the next year and half.

If you can prove the money loss, the Colorado Attorney General may listen to you better, so get your paperwork and proof together, as the General is not going to listen to the above story which you now know, but should listen better to the money loss!!

We are back or just missed.

Not trying to start anything but just wanting to understand.  Mainly because I'm new to all this.  But if you hate the wda as bad as it seems why do you bother at all.  I just seems you are obsessed about it which doesn't make sense to me.  If there is a group out there that I think is better then that is the one I go with.  If they no longer fit my needs or I become dissatisfied then I go some place else.  but fixating on them doesn't seem to put you in the best light.  Of course I understand that I may not be understanding your motive and that is the reason I ask.  

I mean what is your real goal here.  is it to get change to occur or is it to try to get everyone to leave the WDA?  the first one I can kind of understand the second one would make no sense.  but if you are trying to make change, I have to say that instead you are just coming off as bitter.  I know that probally isn't your intent.  so I'm just trying to understand.

To the contrary rdmmcintyre, k9nme has fought for and contributed a lot of her time to the WDA. During her term as president of the WDA the organization was run as honestly and fairly as I have ever seen it, what a shame that it has slouched back to the same old politics and greed.

I surly am not meaning to be offensive at all.  just trying to become informed.  I appreciate the insight Markobytes.  I have no idea of anyone's background.  and just trying to learn.

Marko, if that tidbit is so, then it sure brings things into perspective. I admit I was having trouble with the logic behind some of the posts but it makes sense now. Glad I kept my yakker shut.

Thank you.  What I am trying to do is not unlike showing that there is a thief in the group.  How many of you in WDA know anything about the Bylaws.  Example is that there is and is not a Corresponding Secretary and yet there is a description in the Bylaws.  The current officers did not follow the Bylaws in the latest incident and this list would not have known about it unless I told you so.

What about that guy who was a coach in PA, who got away with evil for years and years and people are so shocked that it had gone on so long.  People reported the deeds and no one listened.  Same here.  I am telling you things that you would not know otherwise.  I almost did not post this information as I no longer care, but you needed to know just as people needed to know about the PA coverup.  No, just do not care, so it is up to you.  Best Wishes.
